Ordering is Easy

We have 4 convenient locations for customers in the Metro Atlanta area or you can place an order online anytime 24/7. Telephone orders can be placed 10am-6pm ET Monday-Saturday and 12pm-5pm on Sunday at 770-754-4443

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Credit Cards are charged at the time the order is placed.

Shipping Information

In-stock items usually ship within 3-5 business days from the time the order is received. Some items ship directly from manufacturers and may take 5-7 days to arrive or longer as noted on the product description. Out of stock items will be back ordered and will be shipped upon arrival. If your item is back ordered we will contact you with updated shipping status.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be received within 24 hours of the order being placed. If your cancellation is not received within the 24 hour window shipping charges will apply and be charged to your credit card.

Damaged Items

Damaged items reported within 5 days of receipt will be replaced at no additional cost. Outrageous Interiors requires customers to refuse delivery or note damage upon receipt if a package is damaged and product is possibly not usable. Failure to note damage on the receipt removes Outrageous Interiors and delivering carrier from liability. 

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing, Outrageous Interiors shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product(s) listed at the incorrect price. Outrageous Interiors shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Outrageous Interiors will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the full amount of the charge and notify you of the canceled order.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of your order.
All returned items must be in original condition. Be sure to retain all original packaging.
All returns must be preauthorized and be assigned a RMA code.

All returns must be received within 14 days of being assigned a RMA code.
Your credit card will be credited for the cost of the item minus shipping costs.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If your purchase included Free Shipping, you will be refunded the cost of the item minus actual shipping charges.
Sale items & custom orders are final sales and not eligible for return.

Unauthorized Returns

Unauthorized returns will be returned and shipping charges will be charged to your credit card. Items received used will be considered unauthorized and will be returned to customer and your credit card will be charged for incurred return shipping fees. OutrageousInteriors.com reserves the right to refuse any unauthorized return.
