Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

We strive to ship most UPS orders to arrive within 3-7 business days from the time of your order. Furniture and certain large, heavy or bulky orders will ship by truck, and will typically arrive in 1-2 weeks. Shipping includes curbside delivery. White glove delivery service is available for an upcharge, contact customerservice@outrageousinteriors.com for more information.
 
As noted, some items will ship directly from the Manufacturer, and should arrive in 1-2 weeks. Out of stock items will be back ordered and will be shipped upon arrival. If your item is back ordered we will contact you with updated shipping status. Currently, Outrageous Interiors ships only within the United States.

Damaged Items 

Damaged items reported within 5 days of receipt will be replaced at no additional cost. Outrageous Interiors requires customers to refuse delivery or note damage upon receipt if a package is damaged and product is possibly not usable. Failure to note damage on the receipt removes Outrageous Interiors and delivering carrier from liability.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be received within 24 hours of the order being placed. If your cancellation is not received within the 24-hour window shipping charges will apply and be charged to your credit card.

Online Returns & Refunds 

Online returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of your order.
All returned items must be in original condition. Be sure to retain all original packaging.
All returns must be preauthorized and be assigned a RMA code.
To be assigned a RMA code contact us at 770-840-8455 Monday – Friday 9 AM – 4 PM EST or by email at customerservice@outrageousinteriors.com.
All returns must be received within 14 days of being assigned a RMA code.
Your credit card will be credited for the cost of the item minus shipping costs.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If your purchase included Free Shipping, you will be refunded the cost of the item minus actual shipping charges.
Sale items & custom orders are final sales and not eligible for return.

Returns can also be dropped off at any store location. Please return the item in its original condition along with the receipt. To receive a copy of your receipt email customerservice@outrageousinteriors.com. Refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days. 

Unauthorized Returns

Unauthorized returns will be returned and shipping charges will be charged to your credit card. Items received used will be considered unauthorized and will be returned to customer and your credit card will be charged for incurred return shipping fees.
