What are your store hours?

Monday through Friday 10 am - 6 pm, Saturday & Sunday 12 pm - 5 pm. Our corporate headquarters and warehouse are open Monday through Friday 7 am - 3:30 pm.

What is the online return policy?

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, simply return it to us within 30 days, and we will exchange the item(s) or refund the cost (excluding Shipping and Processing Fees). All products are guaranteed against defects for a full year from the date of purchase.

Please carefully inspect your order upon receipt. If you received damaged or defective merchandise, contact us by email or call us at 770-840-8455, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Be sure to retain all original packaging. Items may also be returned or exchanged at any of our retail locations, with your receipt.

What is the shipping policy?

We strive to ship most UPS orders to arrive within 3-7 business days from the time of your order. Furniture and certain large, heavy or bulky orders will ship by truck, and will typically arrive in 1-2 weeks. As noted, some items will ship directly from the Manufacturer, and should arrive in 1-2 weeks.
